Texas Roadhouse

We try not to eat at chain restaurants on vacation, but my daughters both wanted the Texas Roadhouse rolls so we went.There were 6 of us in our party. We had 3 meat eaters, 2 fish eaters and one vegetarian. We know this is not a vegetarian friendly restaurant, but we always find something to eat.Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We placed our orders. I ordered the shrimp. Our waitress came back and informed me that the shrimp was not available. I opted for the veggie platter. I ordered 2 sides of green beans.Our food arrived, and to my surprise, the green beans had bacon. The menu did not include this detail. I told the waitress I didn't know they had bacon. She asked if I wanted them replaced with anything else. I declined.She sent the manager over and he apologize and explained about the shrimp. He also apologized for the green beans. He comped my dinner.For the customer service alone, I would eat at this restaurant again, and I would recommend it.
